It is a gloomy, rainy November day here. Yesterday it was beautiful, sunny, many people spent the Sunday on the beach and in the ocean, which is still quite warm. The memories of yesterday help accept the fact that now it is raining - but for how long? What if it keeps raining for a week? Or two?
There are sunny days and there are rainy days in our life. Unfortunately, when there are two many rainy days in a row, we get exhausted. The work is not going as it should, not enough savings to afford good holidays, a serious illness of one of the relatives, consequences of paying for silly actions of your teenage children. At one point, things seem to be hopeless.
Remember the sunny days! Is there a reason to believe that they will not be back? If no, then perhaps it is just a week of rainy weather, and things will be OK again. But ... if there is a good reason to believe that the sunny days are gone for good, then perhaps the climate has changed. And if you do not want to live in such climate, perhaps it is time to move. What does moving mean? Changing things. Changing the way things are, rather than waiting for the climate to sort itself on its own. It probably will not.
Learn to tell the difference.
